Event Assistance
Dracula Unearthed
Dates: October 29, 30 and 31
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Where: Wildwood Park for the Arts (20919 Denny Rd. Little Rock, AR 72223)
What: All positions require able-bodied, fun-loving members of the undead to create an engaging, (and a tad eerie) atmosphere for this very exciting Halloween weekend! Volunteer descriptions are listed below along with how many volunteers are needed at each position. Additional opportunities may be added.
Attire: Volunteers are encouraged (but not required) to wear costumes appropriate to the time period (Victorian, 1800s) and comfortable shoes – or all black. Costumes will not be provided for volunteers.

Thursday, October 29
- 1 volunteer needed for concessions
- 2 volunteers needed for activities (garlic necklaces & photo booth)
- 2 volunteers needed for kitchen assistance
- 2 volunteers needed to greet & usher guests
- 3 volunteers needed for parking assistance
Friday, October 30
- 2 volunteers needed for concessions

Saturday, October 31
- 3 volunteers needed for concessions

Volunteer Descriptions for Positions that are Currently Available
Parking escorts
- Work with security to direct cars to appropriate parking areas and spots
- Assist & direct patrons from the bus to the box office/event area
Greeters & Ushers
- Greet guests
- Check for tickets and direct patrons without tickets to the box office
- Make patrons aware of all activities
- Direct patrons to their specific seats for the performance
- Ensure that the theatre is prepped prior to house open and cleaned up after the performance
Concessions
- Communicate food and beverage needs to kitchen volunteers
- Accept payment for concessions via cash or by using a Square device
- Serve food and beverages (including adult beverages) to patrons
- Take out garbage before, during, and after the performance
Kitchen
- Finalize any food preparation for concessions
- Run the food to concession areas as needed
- Keep the kitchen area clean
- Take out garbage before, during, and after the performance
Activities
- Accept payment for items via cash or by using a Square device
- Customer Service – take photos at photo booth
Production Assistance
Make-up Crew
Dates: Tuesday-Saturday, October 27-31 (Volunteers must have availability to attend all dates listed)
Time: 6:00-8:00 PM
Where: Wildwood Park for the Arts
What: Assist performers buy applying make-up before and during the show. 1 volunteer with stage make-up experience is preferred.
Stage Crew
Dates: Tuesday-Saturday, October 27-31 (Volunteers must have availability to attend all dates listed)
Time: 6:00-10:30 PM
Where: Wildwood Park for the Arts
What: Assist with moving set pieces on and off stage throughout performance. 2 volunteers needed preferably with stage crew experience.
