Life can become so busy for all of us, leaving little time for fun, play and relaxation. This is no different for children. At a time when bodies are developing, minds are growing, and emotions are changing, young people need a chance to explore what their minds and bodies are capable of accomplishing in a fun, non-competitive environment.? In WILDKids Yoga!, led by Rhonda Robinette of Little Rock Yogis, students will be introduced and guided safely through basic stretching, breathing techniques and visualization through creative games, art, music and movement. Students will be given the opportunity to explore their minds and bodies promoting strength and flexibility, focus and self-control, and most of all be given the tools to treat their bodies with respect and patience. Yoga is a fun way to improve concentration, increase coordination, lift one's self esteem, build confidence and release energy. We look forward to seeing your child at camp!
