Art in the Park is an initiative to further Wildwood Park for the Arts’ mission of enriching the lives of Arkansans of all ages by creating community through nature and the arts. Art in the Park’s vision is to create a dynamic environment for the visual arts to be in conversation with contemporary culture, the community of Little Rock, and the natural environment of Wildwood Park. With quarterly exhibitions, Art in the Park’s mission is to expand the experience of contemporary art by engaging the community through cultural events, humanities and science lectures, and educational opportunities tied to the focus of each exhibition.

Great art picks up where nature ends.

-Marc Chagall
